The word can be translated in different ways. Like the most common interpretations, I agree that it means to pause or take time to meditate.
I believe in life we wish for things to come or go our way so much that we don't even notice when it has entered and exited our lives. Therefore, if we all pause or meditate we won't miss our blessings.
